    If you're specifically asking about Web 2.0 or Press Releases, then Press Releases are definitely much better. The only problem is you need to do a new one every 3 or 4 months. But far better than Web 2.0s wich I don't even waste my time on any more.

    Neither. The best link building involves creating something so great, other real websites will WANT TO send their visitors away from their site to go check it out. If you're not doing that, I'm not sure why you even have a website.
