Anyone else noticed the new google update? Did your rankings drop or increase? And what are your theories as to what might be the causes for the drops?

Is it definitely an update? I did notice a lot of changes in the last 48 hours but nothing TOO dramatic

Its the Google Core Algorithm Update its been last week and was released 7th of March 2018. I think its the continuous update of Google for some minor improvements in relevancy issues.

Not really. My keyword rankings are pretty much the same. The theory about Google SEO now, I think, it's all about Rankbrain. I'm following Neil Patel and Brian Dean to keep update from them about it.

    Hi leveiro,

My take on all Google updates; give 100% of your attention and energy to creating helpful content and building bonds with leaders in your niche. Long term, you will do better and better with search and Big G will move your site up the search rankings.

On the flip side, analyzing updates moves your attention away from core fundamentals that help you rock it out, long term, on Google.

  • I have noticed a slight increase in rankings. I have heard it has to do with on-page SEO, but nothing official.
