I want to know if I change a website HTTP to HTTPS than have any problem for Backlinks and ranking down??

    A lot of people would argue whether SSL Certificate (HTTP to HTTPS) has any effect on rankings. What I can tell you, with certainty, however, is that a lot of browsers are beginning to flag the websites without SSL Certificate and actually prevent the user from going on the website. This means you could potentially lose some of your traffic. It is a simple and free transition, one which is a no-brainer in my book. I hope this helps.

    Why a self proclaimed SEO Expert in Bangladesh doesn't even know if changing a website HTTP to HTTPS will have any problem? Also it has nothing to do with Backlinks and rankings because its only for security purposes.

    If Google is going towards HTTPS, then you should go to HTTPS. In fact, if there is anything that you can think of that would be more secure, a better experience, etc, then do it.

    It's almost a year since Google made SEO mandatory ( for higher ranking ). Google might know enough to recognise the change once you commit to the certification process.

    Some of the guys did have some issues with 404 errors after SSL validation. But got corrected with time. This happened like 6 months ago.

    Obviously. You have to do many pre-planned SEO task before shifting your domain from HTTP to HTTPS. Switching your domain to HTTPS, will not help to improve your SEO rankings for your keywords. But If you do in negative way, It would affect your traffic as well search rankings.
