Adding page in Arabic language

I have a website in English language and ranking well in India and i want to add a page in Arabic language to rank in MENA (Middle east and north African countries) .
please anyone suggest me that to add a page using sub folder or sub-domain or to take another country level domain.

It is better to use a subdomain on the forum. It was always more convenient.

A new site page will do and an additional individual that is native to the language will be the best content writer for that page.
