Hi,

So I'm just wondering about can we repost all the blog-posts in medium.com with rel=canonical tag. So it'll bring some visitors to the blog and improve the ranking. Please share your views whether it helps or hurts?

It will help you eventually in longer term not instantly since getting your post infront of others can bring more traction and press.

So You can do that without any issues do not worry about plagiarism or anything since that wont happen.

Yes, by posting your blog posts on medium.com will surely increase the traffic on your blog and eventually increase your page ranking.

Nope not really; cheapens the content on your blog, plus, it is a bit lazy and requires no skill so it won't bring in quality, targeted, buying traffic. Save your time and energy. Begin networking. Place guest posts on blogs in your niche. Drive quality traffic and bond with pros who can open doors for you.
