I'm a new SEO consultant with a passion for semantic SEO and I'd want to know if there is a good tool to extract SEO entities from a webpage.

A SEO entity is a thing or concept that is singular, unique, well-defined and distinguishable.

    I think you need the Google Natural language API tool.
    You can find the interesting article was wrote by Dixon Jones how to use this API.
    From my experience it works better than other SEO techniques for many websotes and industries.
    But... this approach takes time.

    hey dear I suggest you to go for "Screaming Frog" for depth analytics of competitor and keywords analyze. and their is "ubersuggest site" for the same purpose.
