How do you find blogs where you can build backlinks through blog comments?

I've tride to find blog where I can leave a valuable comment and hopefully being able to leave a link that points to my website.

But a lot of blogs don't let you comment or it is really hard to find good blog posts to comment on.

I don't simply want to spam my link, of course.

I want to add a really helpful and valuable comment and point to a blog post from my website that would add more information regarding the topic of the blog post I am commenting on.

I hope you get the idea.

How you do it and how to find the right blogs where I can comment and where I am allowed to leave a link?

The short answer is, "I don't" (and neither should you).

The title of your post suggests that you think leaving a comment with a link back to your site will help you rank better. It won't. That is not a real backlink and Google no longer gives any "juice" for those types of links (ones that you can place yourself) even if they are followed links (most aren't).

If it's on the right blog that gets tons of readers and your link is super relevant to those readers, you might get some traffic from a link to your site, but that's about it.

Ok, understood. But what other options do I have? I know that guest posting is a good method to build links and that is what I am doing at the moment.

But it is a lot of work to write that many articles to get backlinks.

What are other good options to build backlinks?

Do not write many articles to get backlinks, write one and make it get you lots of backlinks. Look up backlinko.com about the skyscraper technique.

There are many high DA and quality websites who does not allow links in comment but allow your website in your profile and if you are giving there genuine comment then can get attention of search engines bots and users also ..... Its help to get backlinks and traffics also ..... only condition is just leave genuine comments and try to avoid links at comment (If not necessary like link of wikipedia, google etc).

You go to Facebook & join blogging groups. FB blogging groups usually have different schedule each day including a day for members to post comments on each other's blogs.

Avoid groups managed by Indians. I don't wanna sound racist but groups managed by Indians are filled by spams & MLMers trying to recruit downlines.

Blog commenting is one of the best way of SEO to build high-quality backlink. You can get lots of traffic by blog commenting. To make blog comment you need to find keyword related sites. Go to Google.com and search with bellow terms.

    Your Keyword in url: .com
    "Your Keyword" site:.gov inurl:blog "post a comment"
    "Your Keyword" site:.edu inurl:blog "post a comment"
"Your Keyword" "This blog uses premium CommentLuv"
"Your Keyword" "Notify me of follow-up comments?"
"Your Keyword" "add to this list" site:squidoo.com

you can go to pinterest and search for pins in your niche. Because over there are a lot of bloggers, once you find a pin which leads to a blog you can find posts with comments from other users and then visit all of their blogs until you have a lot of different blogs available to leave a comment on

  • Don't just try to link back to your site, First try to give genuine comment and impress him by your comment, finally when he feels the comment is genuine only he will approve your comment and the link. So try to read the blog and give a suitable comment

Don´t use blog comments for SEO - it´s worthless.
Create your own free blogs at blogger, simplesite, webnode, jimdo and start blogging about your topic.

Contacting them is a far better idea than searching a list or you can acquire lists of working blogs by someone who is good at it...

This is one of my little 5 minute-a-day traffic hacks...

      Step 1. Go to Google

Step 2. Use one of these search terms
      Keywords "Powered By BlogEngine.net"
      Keywords "top commenter"
Keywords "Notify Me of follow-up comments"
      Keywords "This site uses KeywordLuv"
      Keywords "Enable CommentLuv"
(note: replace 'Keywords' with relevant keywords related to your website or niche - and use the phrase in the parentheses as is, including parentheses.)

Step 3. Google will show you a list of websites (mainly blogs) where you can post a comment with your website link.

Step 4. Read the article, and leave a semi-intelligent comment. Make sure to add your website url in the space too.

Step 5. Repeat whenever you've got a spare 5 minutes to work on your site.

Don't kid yourself. If you are leaving comments for the purpose of getting a link, it's spam. It doesn't matter how "helpful" your comment is. Your intention makes it spam.

Blog commenting is defined as a relationship between blogs, bloggers, and blog readers. It is a great way to exchange ideas, thoughts, or opinions about what people feel for a particular topic or a blog post. Blog comments help the blog to attract traffic and make it social.
Everyone has a different reason to do Blog Commenting. Bloggers who want to do for Seo perspective, do it to create backlinks, some for increasing Alexa rank and some for spreading knowledge.
You should search recent blogs for comments so there will be more chances of blog comments getting approved by the mentors. If the comment is approved and has got a do-follow link, your comment will be crawled by Google along with the landing link which at the end means you are being watched by google and hence you receive backlinks too.

Well, Scrapebox is really the only tool you need if blog comments are what you're looking for. It has about a million other uses but blog comments are exactly what made it such a well known software...

HOWEVER, blog comments for backlinks, for SEO, has pretty much no value whatsoever. So don't waste your time if you're looking to do it to manipulate rankings. It will do more harm than good. Your rankings will drop very fast if you don't know EXACTLY what you're doing, so focus on other ways to increase your rankings.

Forget about blog comments as backlinks (or an SEO strategy), that's probably the only piece of advice you should pay attention to.

To find blogs to comment on and leave a link back to your blog, simply make use of Google. If you are into the affiliate marketing niche, search for the term "Affiliate Marketing + blog commenting". You will get a good list of the blogs in your industry that will allow you to leave comments on their blogs and get referral traffic back to your site.

I think you are on track. The best thing you can do is to seek help from the social media and forums. I am sure there are plenty of users here and elsewhere who will recommend sites you can rely on for this purpose.

It simply depends on the website owner. If you want a backlink from using Blog comments, then you should conduct analysis properly. Check the previous comments first. If that website already posted a comment with a backlink, it's mean they allow backlink with the comment. Then write a useful comment there. Rest will depend on the website owner.

I always use Ahrefs for finding the opportunities to get backlinks. I just take my competitor URL and search on Ahrefs to find out their backlinks. From there I can get a lot of sites where I will easily get links by dropping a valuable comment.

Tip: If you see other comments then you will get many URLs and do search on Ahrefs to know their backlinks profiles.

    I hope this helps you.
