Questions about Google Search Console

Hi guys,

I have two questions,

I want to join Google Search Console. If I specify the country in Google Webmaster Tools, the United States, will the traffic of other countries be affected, such as the ranking in Canada will decline.

A person can have several Google Search Consoles? because I am concerned about the site connection, can a person have multiple Google Search Consoles?

    Thanks for your post. I think if you target a particular country in google search console, your ranking in other country will not hamper. Because ranking is totally different thing from this. Ranking depends mainly on how realistically you made keyword research. What about the keyword defficulties for the keyword you selected, how did you made onpage optimization of your content, what about the domain and page authority for the site you are trying for ranking,,, such and such.

    HI, Bruch,
    Don't worry it won't affect the traffic from other countries. As an example, if you select the USA as your country, people from the USA as well as other countries can visit your website. Therefore traffic from everywhere is coming to your website. However, this traffic may be organic or paid. To get organic traffic you need to conduct an SEO keyword research and use those keywords in your content.
    For question number 2. You can have many google search console accounts. But you need to have different emails for different accounts.

    You can have as many search consoles as google accounts you have.

    You can have 1 site per google account, so 1 site per console. Or you can put all your sites on one console.
    You can have the same site in 2 or more consoles.
    All you have to do is verify that the google account (the console) controls the site.
    If you set the US as your country, results in the country that used to be your main country will go down.

    Keep in mind that Google prioritizes it search results, in a first
    place, based on visitors geographical location. As for example
    if you try to search for Costco and your IP shows that you're in
    Canada, It will show costco.ca on top then, your local Costco
    store locations, links to weekly specials etc.
