I don't think this would hurt your SEO. Folkd.com has good domain authority, so It shouldn't make that big difference I think. Looks some other spammy backlinks to remove. That's what I would do.

Moz spam score will not hamper your SEO ranking however Folkd.com has good DA. But I will suggest you not to create backlinks from spammy websites. If the link is "No-follow" then its fine.

Folkd is a social bookmarking site that has zero influence on rankings. Google knows that anyone can place links there to their own site so all links from it are devalued.

It's a link that is being completely ignored by Google. Remove it, disavow it or ignore it. It's not going to matter one way or the other.

Yes, it wont make any difference but i don't think, there is any problem to use it as a social bookmarking site.

If the links from folkd.com worthy and is indexed in google then obvio not. but yes if the links are not indexed and are not found and contain some spam content then I do disavow the links of folkd.

Because of folkd, my site spam score has also increased. It has a good DA, but I think it is a spam directory because it increases spam score. You have mentioned a 61% spam score, but it has a 68% spam score, so do not use this directory.
