When I analysed the blog post URL by URL inspection tool. I have noticed the message "Discovered - currently not indexed" for the blog.
Analysed our firewall log for the blog post: I have seen "partial content - 206" requests.

Questions:

What is the exact cause for this issue?
How to resolve "Discovered - currently not indexed"?

Note: Have already requested the URL for Request Indexing in URL inspection tool.

Wait.

This is from the horse's mouth: Discovered - currently not indexed: The page was found by Google, but not crawled yet. Typically, Google wanted to crawl the URL but this was expected to overload the site; therefore Google rescheduled the crawl. This is why the last crawl date is empty on the report.

  You either fix the causes of the delay (typical one is in my response) or you wait.

  Finally, the blog post is indexed in Google
  I did not make any changes in the content and website load performance. I was just waiting for the index.
