Hey everyone,
I've been learning and trying SEO for a while now, but I'm not seeing much traffic on my site. I've done keyword research, added meta tags, worked on backlinks, and optimized content - still not much progress. I'd really appreciate some tips from anyone experienced in SEO who can point out what might be going wrong or what I should focus on more. Thanks in advance!

    Real advice:

You don't learn about SEO on a forum post.

This is an entire industry that requires time and dedication to learn.

How many books have you read about SEO?

    Have you taken any courses?

Probably not, otherwise you wouldn't be having this problem.

Did you research your niche before you got started?

How many websites have you developed?

Are you using A.I. to assist you with your SEO strategy?

What is the monthly search volume of your keywords?

These are just some of the things you should know before you even get started.

If you have any specific questions, post them here.

The work you have done on the site will definitely improve its rating, but they must be done constantly. New pages with new unique content and key queries should appear on the site.
Create new external links. Connect social networks. Check for errors in the webmaster account and fix them. Understand analytics.
The topic of your site and the competitive environment are of great importance. Higher competition slows down the growth of the site.
If you are working on the site for several months, you should not expect a quick result. It may be in six months, in a year. Each subsequent year is important for the site because search engines pay special attention to the age of the domain. Annual renewal increases authority.

SEO takes time, and even with proper keyword research and backlinks, it can take months to see significant results. Here are a few areas to double-check:

Technical SEO - Ensure your website loads fast, is mobile-friendly, and has no broken links or crawl issues. Use tools like Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights.

Content Quality - Posting high-quality, engaging, and user-focused content consistently is key. Google prioritizes valuable content over keyword stuffing.

Backlink Quality - It's not just about quantity. Try to get backlinks from authoritative, relevant sites rather than low-quality directories.

User Experience (UX) - Google ranks sites higher when users stay longer and engage more. Optimize site navigation and internal linking.

Local SEO - If relevant, optimize for local search by setting up Google My Business and getting reviews.

Indexing Issues - Check if Google is properly indexing your pages. Sometimes, sites have a "noindex" tag mistakenly applied.

SEO is not a one-night game--it requires time, consistency, and strategic execution. Here's what to focus on:

1️⃣ Comprehensive Keyword & Competitor Analysis - Target low-competition, high-converting keywords and analyze competitors' backlinks and content strategies.

2️⃣ Proper On-Page SEO - Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and schema markup for better search visibility.

3️⃣ Technical SEO - Fix crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing issues to improve performance.

4️⃣ Aggressive Off-Page SEO - Build high-quality backlinks, leverage guest posting, engage on forums, and use social signals to boost authority.
