I am planning out a linkwheel, and I was wondering about content. I have articles that have only been submitted to ezine and nowhere else. Is it ok to use these in my linkwheel as long as I use a different article for each site, or do they need to be rewritten?

Hi, you must spin your article to get the best results possible.
You can use my free LinkWheel software:

And let me know the results.

We would strongly recommend the use of completely unique articles for each property.
