I have a list a a few effective SEO strategies and I welcome more inside secrets to SEO also.

1) Create multiple 2.0 websites such as Blogger, Wordpress, VOX and Weebly to corner your keyword niches by place your market keywords into your titles, domains, and in the first few lines of your content. Have each like to each other and create your backlinks.

2) Social Networking is becoming more useful to find your target customers and the links you post get picked up by Google if you use SEO strategies.

3) Gather all your keyword Rss Feeds and put them all into one RSS FEED and ping it. I use Ping.fm Ping-o-matic, pingler.com

I don't waste my time on any of those low level techniques.

I even forgot to post squidoo which is a 2.0 website if people didn't know and some people in here use that as their signature site. Those are the low level sites you mean?

My niches are posted with these strategies because they are long term. I don't pay thousands of dollars for advertising that will give me the same profit. I have advertisers that pay me. That's SEO

What nonsense! There is nothing long term about those strategies! Most of them get deindexed long term.

You are using a 2.0 website like the ones I'm talking about in your signature. How can you call your own sites dendexed?

My sites are indexed daily with thousands of keywords using Squidoo but I know what works tho

Post your SEO secrets here. That's what this thread is all about. You can pick and choose your own SEO strategies. Why waste your time with trial and error? That's costly and unmotivating.

duh? I have no sites in my signature! I just do not waste my time on polluting the web with web 2.0 crap that is of no benefit to the user.

I have no secrets. I just create the kind of content that people actually want to link to becasue its worth while (last week I got links from AOL News and the Seatle Times in the context of a news story - how many zillion web 2.0's would I need to spam to get that kind of link juice?). Only those with crap content that can not get links any other way have to do the self promotional nonsense.

      Answer this question:
Have you ever been to the link building sessions at one of the major SEO conferences? Why do none of the real experts speaking at these conference not even any more mention the techniques that you are talking about?

Its becasue they are low level, low value links. Google and other search engines give very little juice to them.

That's what I do. I post content that is useful. Also I know how to get it to my audience using SEO. I know what my audience wants and I make sure they find it because I know where to place my content so it goes to the right audience. SEO strategies help with all of that.

Actualy they are not. They are the opinions of the real SEO experts who are good enough to be invited to speak at the major SEO conferences. I assume you have not been to one?

The fact that you don't do these "low level" techniques says a lot. They are so easy to automate that it takes no effort to incorporate into a larger seo plan.

I setup lots of web 2.0 sites and use rss to get them indexed. It works well and I have never had any of the sites de-indexed.

The "build it and they will come" field of dreams attitude is not something I would rely on when money is concerned. If there is a tool there to be used, I will use it.

When I create a new product, or add a new section to a website, I go through process of press release, articles, web 2.0 sites and it ranks, and stays ranked.

It's just one part of the puzzle, but it does work, regardless of your opinions.

Any web 2.0 is a tool. Blogs are a tool. Real tools are real tools.
Squidoo is one of the best tools. Digg is a good tool.

But don't muck it up with:
...to corner your keyword niches by place your market keywords into your titles, domains, and in the first few lines of your content.
A blatant statement like that is building a site for search engines, not real people.
There's no shoe-in way of cornering the market.

Social Networking is becoming more useful to find your target customers and the links you post get picked up by Google if you use SEO strategies.
facebook, twitter, are no follow and if you abuse them you will get banned.
Whether google picks up a link from twitter has nothing to do with SEO.
facebook has strict rules for anyone trying to promote a business.
Many get away with it, but I would tread lightly.

I don't know what "keyword rss" is, but you should only ping after real updates.

The "premise" of all 3 points was okay, clean them up.

I have posted about it. .. its all about linkable properties.

Ok. Linkable properties do not acquire natural links without some push. You can publish the best piece of content for your market but without a little link love and promotion no one will ever find it to link to it.

I am all for producing great content. In fact, I spend the majority of my time ensuring that the content I produce for my sites is superb. But if I left it at that, no one would ever find it. To get it noticed, I build links. Yep, I build them at places like Squidoo too.

So basically instead of offering up any insight to anyone reading this thread. All you are saying is, write great content! There's a lot more to it than that. Instead of saying, "I don't waste my time on those low level techniques." Maybe offer some insight into your higher level techniques. And if you're saying your high level technique is great content, I'm going to laugh. Because I could show you plenty of awesome content that sits nowhere recognizable and never gets seen by anything but a few spiders.

So, how about we provide some value here, for everyone. That's what this place is for.

You aren't an expert. I'll leave it at that. I have a brand on my social network. People look for my brand no need to spam.

You haven't provided any decent content here that's so easy to us experts to do because we know how to share our knowledge as SEO CONTENT

This is not what 'pinging' was set up for ... you using it to spam.

    Viral Marketing

This can involve writing a free ebook, posting on forums or doing social networking on sites such as Squidoo. All of these things will get you some nice backlinks to your site and hopefully get people talking about your website.
