Ok, let´s suppose i have a site about cars in french, and then i get a backlink in a site about cars, but in english. Will google consider this unrelated topics and take away the value of the backlink?

    This is still related to the relevancy subject. You can have a look at Terry Kyle's experiment on the subject. Link relevancy is not really important.

    As far as you have the right anchor text you'll be fine.
