A good daily Backlinking regimen???

What should I do daily for a backlinking regimen:

for instance:

should I....

1. do 5 comments a day
2. do 5 profiles links a day
3. ping my site once a day
4. social book mark my site 2 times a day
5. submit a article once a week

this type of thing.

What should i do??

You got it right. It is all about consistency. if, it is traffic you want with that regiment it will come and all that work will soon pay off.

Indeed, it really does boil down to "consistency!" If you actually do all those things on a consistent basis, it will DEFINITELY pay off!

If you find, however, that it feels like "oh wow... how can I do all this in a day/week" at first, cut back just a little until it is routine, and then you can add another action.

In other words, make "consistency" a "doable" effort so you don't burn out and then go for weeks without doing anything. (Hope that makes sense!)

Great plan, and great attitude about getting it done!

I try to put myself on a schedule to to do things daily (rss, bookmarks, blog comments etc) but working 10 hour days at a reg job sometimes I slip. Im trying to be more on top of it but if you can do it all the power to you!

Absolutely right Derek.

Create as many links as you can on a continual basis. Start out small and as you get some money-pages ranking you can slowly outsource your backlinking to target more competitive keywords ranking and get more traffic to your money-pages.

It's all about momentum.
