Hi guys,

I am looking to outsource link building on Odesk for the first time.
There are many link builders there available, but I would like to
know how many quality one-way links can they build per hour.
I mean really high quality links, like contextual links from related
sites & PR sites. What to expect?

I would also appreciate if someone can recommend some really
good link builder.

What is their hourly rate if they build 8-12 links per hour?

The hourly rate ranges from $1.5 - $50 per hour.

Depends on the link quality, the location of your outsourced guy & your theme.
$1.5 is absolutely unrealistic (only expect him to run a scrapebox lol)
I do not aim per hour, i set a target of x links in x days, more realisitc and comforting.

I can't see how you would monitor this. Or why it would be a good exercise.

For one, you have to define what acceptable links are.

Second, you encourage getting lower-quality links because they are easier.

Third, most links don't show up immediately, so you'd have to go back and find the URL in order to keep track.

Personally, I would pay per hour. And I would specify what you expect the person to do during that hour. So if you want them to spend 10 hours a week linkbuilding. 3 hours on article marketing, 3 hours on social media, and 4 hours contacting REAL websites looking to get REAL links.

If you do it yourself, you know what to expect from them. And they are spending the time getting a variety of links...not just a bunch of links from the easiest sources.

Danny, do you require that they get the links indexed too?

Nope... they just build the links.... I dont believe in pinging them as this just raises flags in my opinion, I like it that the SE's find the links naturally

I used to have forum links built for me so they had to create an account, find a thread to post on, leave a comment and my link and add it to a spread sheet to send to me at the end of the day.

I would have them work four hours per day, and the best they ever did was just over 50 in that four hours. I am pretty sure that profile links would take about the same amount of time, but maybe they could do a few more as they don't need to leave the comment.

And for that I would pay $37.50. So I thought that was a good deal. Check with Jake here on the forum if you are interested in this type of program. He has been working for many Warriors for a hell of a long time. I think you will be satisfied with his work.

Why would you pay per hour for profile links? basically it s just captchas and software for most profile link building. Better GENERALLY to pay fixed price for a certain quantity if fyou are going that route.

You'll get a better rate if you just specify how many backlinks you want. Hire people on a per project basis.

For $30 on Freelancer you can get 300-400 profiles created with 3 URL's per profile. You can do the same with Forum posting or Blog commenting. They can deliver within 7 days if they're manually doing it. But honestly it can be done in 24-48 hours manually.

Built Manually, I'd say 15-25. With software, no clue, but apparently you can do 400,000 in a week since there is a thread going about that.

I get maybe 3-4 links a day per employee but only have them search out PAGES with a PR of 4+... dont care about quantity, only quality of the page they leave my link on.

I am also looking to build high quality contextual links from related sites,
preferably from PR pages. Keywords I work with are super competitive and
        profile links don't cut it.

I should maybe explain better my OP.

I am not looking for cheap links, that's not why I'm asking how many links they
can build per hour. I named hourly rate only because I saw that was an option on
        Odesk.

I want to hire someone to build highest quality contextual backlinks from related
sites and whenever possible from high PR pages on those sites.
I just don't want to overpay, that's why I 'd like to know what's normal to expect
per hour or per day and how much are others paying.

Am hourly rate is not going to be the best option- some work quicker that others, you can go to fiverr.com and get a lot of low quality links at a low rate- sound like an idea to start?

    Hey European fellow,

I´ve been going with freelancer, and I know that on Odesk
there are many folks out there who are willing to do this
    for a cheap rate.

It´s hard to say. What kind of links do you want to build?
Blog commenting? Or do you need someone who can also
write articles and submit them to different directories etc..?

There are some decent Indian provider for building profile links
and other kind of backlinks, but you´ve to be careful there.
I wouldn´t pay them more than 10$ for 50-70 backlinks (manually).
That would be like 1-2$ per hour.

Look at their reviews, feedback, and on what project they worked so far.

    Hope this helps!

    Gerald

How much are you charging for those 20-30 links from high PR blog pages
per day? Given that my requirement is links from related sites/pages.
      High PR pages + Related.

I also believe that numbers may not help that much in this respect because quality of the incoming links can be more significant than their quantities. For example, hundreds of blog comments may not be as strong as one link from homepage of a high PR site that is closely connected to your niche and containing your favorite terms.

If you are going to p0urchase links based on volumes, attempt to select a pack that remains valid for a long time, for example if 10 links are added a day, continue sticking to that for some time as trends and web behaviors are still important.
