Web2.0 Linking Strategy?? Huh?
- SEO |
Okay lets tackle Web2.0 linking strategies.
I am talking about the ones where you get several Web2.0 properties - hubpages, squidoo, weebly etc.
1.) Instead of just straight linking to my money site from all these web2.0 properties, i should create a natural but not so predictable linking arrangement, correct? Where I even link between the Web2.0 properties and THEN link to my money site?
2.) Now, my second question is, do I need to keep these Web2.0 properties relevant? If the money site is about how to make money painting, then the Web2.0 properties should be about painting, correct (fairly positive about the answer to this but wanted to certain)?
3.) I assume I should get a domain with these Web2.0 properties that has my main keyword in it? Or can I use related keywords in the URL as well for some of the Web2.0 properties?
ie) Assuming my money keyword phrase is "how to paint" I would create URL's like... http://[main keyword].blogspot[dot]com or http://www.squidoo[dot]com/[main keyword]
Should I ever make a Web2.0 URL that is a related keyword? For example, "paintingtips.blogspot[dot]com"? Or stick to only using the main money keyword phrase?
I suppose my main concern, is just making sure that I pick the right URL (money keyword only or change it up with money keyword and LSI/related keywords) and that the content on the Web2.0 is setup properly.
Can you master SEO warriors steer me in the right direction?
Thanks.
