Many micro adsense sites vs 1 site with many posts?

Hey guys,

like to know which is better?

For micro adsense sites you can choose the EMD which can help ranking it slight easier. But for 1 big general/personal blog site, the post URL can include the keyword which also help ranking?

Having many adsense sites increase the upkeep of domain cost so why alot of people making many of these sites? Since google rank by individual pages I feel it should be better to have 1 site and create many pages within it and rank each page for a keyword?

Hope some people can enlighten me!

It could be the reason of EMD ranks faster/easier that's why people rather keep building micro sites. It doesn't need much backlinks and you can get to page 1 easily. For larger site it might need more time but in the end both should reach page 1 if you did your keyword research properly and built enough backlinks. I have a mixture of both so I can test and see which path I should go.
