Linkbuilding - whats next

Say I submitted my link to:

- All artcles directory's out there (1500+)
- All web2.0 property's / free website sites that you can find
- All social bookmarking sites
- Tons of blogcomments
- Submitted site to webdirectorys
- Dozen of pressrelease sites
- Tons of profile links

And all this at high PR sites like PR5+, as we know these sites are somewhat limited so pretty soon I run out of sites where to place my links.

So my question is: "What's next?"

Should I just start to add my sites to tons of spammy blogcomments and Xrumer profile links or would I be better off working on a method to boost these backlinks with software like Backlinkbooster?

Or should I start buying links at high PR pages?

Just keep building and backlinking. You should eventually rank as long as you are not targeting high comp keywords like "weight loss".

Yes, keep repeating. Also, new sites such as blogs , social bookmarking, directories and so on and constantly adding new ones so when you are ready to repeat all over again chances are there are new sites you an then get a backlink from.

Keep the content going. Original quality content is king. Google loves to crawl sites that have that. The more the better.

Yes. Once you're somewhat established in the search engines it's time to start cranking out the content and optimizing pages for certain keywords. The engines will keep coming back.

      Boring? Yep!

For me it's enough, IMO the most important into a 1 website is content, you can still rank high on SERPs even without doing some link building, if you just keep on updating your site, add content or articles with your targeted keywords, 3 times a week, then proper link structure and friendly URL, then it's good to go!

Maintaining what you are doing is the next step. And focus on the quality of the links and not in quantity.
