You can write articles for GoArticles, EzineArticles, etc with your backlink. Those will stick.

Seek out some blogs that you can guest post on or sign up with one of the blog networks.

You can still use hubpages as long as it is getting indexed in Google. Views don't have anything to do with backlinks.

The reason your comments are being deleted is because they are spam. Seek out some blogs that use keywordluv plugin and you'll have a better chance of getting the comments approved.

Fiverr is your friend.

Backlinking is not for the impatient. As most impatient folks give up where before they start seeing results. Some campaigns can take months to start seeing results. SO don't give up!

I do most of my link building manually, but it's hard to get enough done to make a difference unless you really dedicate a lot of time with it. If it's your job, then just use every venue you can to build them. That includes signatures, articles, guest posting, profiles, and the like.

If your comments aren't being accepted, it's because they ARE spam.

Try it this way:

Read the content, reply with something useful, possibly even something that makes the OP reply back, or causes others to reply.

When entering your name, don't use your keyword, but instead use a real name, and put your link in the website box.

If the page is relevant to what you're linking too, the bot should be able to see that when crawling.

Anchor text does help, but sometimes that's enough for people to mark it as spam.

I'd only use the appropriate keywords either on auto-approve blogs, or on blogs where other people have used their keyword in their name and have been approved.

You must be making 1 liner comments. Many blog owners don't like it and may think you are using mass commenting software to post your comment. Hence, spam comments.

Don't worry there are various way to have back links, you can do "Dofollow" bookmarking and forum posting this is also very effective way to have back links.

What kind of comments are you writing? I've found that if you read the article and then take a small bit out of it and quote it in your comment, and then write your views on it, you are far more likely to get it published.

This is because you are actually adding something worthwhile to their blog.
Also, call yourself something like 'Mike from keywords'

It might sound like hard work, but it literally takes 2 minutes to do this.
It is worth it because you only need a couple of high PR 3, PR 4 or PR 5 links each month to start jumping up the ranks.

I also hate backlinking and I need them badly. How do you know if a fiverr gig is really a good one? I am so leery of hiring off of there from all the stories I have heard about the links being no good. I have spent hours searching for blogs in my niche that are dofollow and have yet to find ONE! I'm actually building a network of blogs for folks interested in writing, with the benefit of building backlinks. I'll write more later on it.

It's not a that much of a headache to build backlinks and you don't necessarily need to spend a lot of money or time to do so.

I think the biggest waste of time is blog commenting (manually) just for the sake of getting a possible low quality backlink.

It's all about cost/benefit.

Just stick to what you are doing. All of us are experiencing the same situation as yours. But don't worry, you can use other methods like social bookmarking and forum posting in your link building campaign.

Backlinking is tough if you don't like doing it. I use SeNuke as my backlinking tool and it rocks =)

In the word of IM you are either a content producer, program creator or backlinker. Figure out what you are good at and then have someone else take care of the rest.

If backlinking is easy everyone would've done it and success already. The key to it is be persistent. In fact, that's what businesses are. Competitors are always in the game so if you're whining and not doing it's gonna be yourself that's losing out.

Its not only the backlinking process but the quality of the links that you will have to produce.

Backlinking is actually quite easy, IF you know where to look. If you don't have the time to dig around for places to plant your backlinks, just outsource it. There are many people here on the warrior forum who will build backlinks for you.

Directories were a good technique a few years ago, but lately, it seems harder and harder to find truly good ones.

Recently I was looking for good, topical directories to get a kick start for a new website. The site is in a niche where there are tens of thousands of competitors, but most of the competitors do very little SEO.

I spent, like 30 minutes per link, to find, evaluate, and create each directory entry by hand ... I created 10 of them per week, for several weeks. Now the site is ranking very well in google for some key phrases, even some more competitive ones. It only takes a few good links, then sit back and wait a month or so. Bookkeeping, logging, and evaluation is essential to finding out what works and what doesn't work.

Oddly, google webmaster tools only shows a fraction of the backlinks created, and the search {keyword site:directoryxyz.com} does not even show many of the links, even where some competitors are showing up in that same directory. Perhaps it will take a few months... google seems to crawl directories very slowly.

Tip #1: a few tweets and a craigslist ad with a link (nofollow) will instantly be seen by google. It may not count for PR but it seems to help hasten indexing. SEO Gurus have recently noted that even a few nofollow links can help a bit in some cases.

Tip #2: Check a high ranking competitor site, or one in a similar niche. See where they get backlinks. Use backlinkwatch or majesticseo.

Tip #3: There are sites that list niche directories and post feedback and results.

I do not recommend to outsource backlinks building because you will waste a lot of money. I made this in the past and now I know that I was wrong.

You can outsource only after you know how to do it right so you can know how to check everything. I saw a lot of job offers that people want backlinks no matter how, because they dont know how to build them. Good way to nowhere.

Most of freelancers are from India and most of them dont know how to do it right. 90% of them use software and automate everything so you will no get benefit from that and it can heart you. They even dont know the difference between reputation and authority.

I suggest to learn a lot and this can help you so much. Buy some reports in this forum, packets with step by step instructions to understand everything. After that buy some better link building courses and it will solve your problem.

Most of the people prefer to outsource the tasks of the link building and the ones who don't have enough back balance to outsource consider link building as most hectic and boring task. I have totally different opinions about the link building, I think if you are not doing link building than you are missing large chunks of knowledge and missing the the opportunities to build some good relationships. Its a tough process.We are giving links in the sites.It depends on them whether to give back link or not.Our duty is to keep on posting.If the link is directly linking to our site means its a good link.We can try to post more qualitative links to get chances of getting back link.

Does this relate to the time ezine takes to approve? ´cause as of late they are done within within 48 hours....
Also, once you are a trusted author witha anumber of articles under your belt they approve super fast.

I haven't had any luck with Fiverr gigs. They'll throw a bunch of automated backlinks out there and they last for about a day. A lot of Forum links and blog comments that I got were on Foreign sites and haven't registered at all. Now I do everything myself, although, I do cheat a little and use SEO Link Robot and Article Post Robot to make article submissions easier (I LOVE APR). Every little bit helps. I'm crawling up the ranks in Google slowly, but I know when I get there, that first place person that I kick out will have a heck of a time getting rid of me :-)

Yea Xrumer and even manual tools are tough because you often get flagged for forum spam if you are a new user.

I also feel your pain, backlinking can be real drudge work, I used to hate it too - so much work for uncertain results. But I think everyone needs to go through that process at the beginning. It's the only way you can get a real feel for what works, what doesn't and what you can automate or outsource. When you get your first success (and it DOES take months for a new site if you are doing it carefully - don't underestimate the aging factor) then you will get a huge confidence boost for your next project. Until then, there is a lot of faith and perseverance involved...

use video, ads, submit article that not take to long to approve it. backlink is not so big problem except finding keyword that is big problem for me. haha

Social Bookmark submission, article submission, blog creation activity etc.. is the nice way for the getting many more backlinks for your website.

Blog commenting as a source of backlinks is as easy as pie if you can answer "yes" to the following question: Does my comment add value to the page? That's it. Try it. You'll see.

Backlinking is not a tough job and you will not get your forum & blog comments removed if you post your reply or blog comment relevant to the blog post or forum thread. If you post the comments like "Thank you for sharing the post" or "You have done good work" etc, it will really not only deleted but also you IP may be banned for next commenting.

To avoid this you should post comments on those sites whose contents are similar to your site contents. Post your reply or comments after reading the blog post and not less than 3 sentences or 50 words. If you don't want to do it yourself, than consult some SEO expert.

The first thing you need to do is look at the backlinks you are working on and think about the return on the time you are spending (ROI). Lets take blog commenting because it has been mentioned in the thread already. Not all the pages you are going to try and get a link from are created equal. The biggest difference is the PR of the page in question. What you should do is split them up in three groups. The low/mid/high PR pages and treat them differently.

For the low PR pages it really is a numbers game. These you should automate. Lots of good tools out there or if you do not want to go that route you can buy bulk (100k and up) pretty cheap.

For the mid PR pages you can outsource these. Hire somebody to work for you cheap and have them do these comments and all you need to do is check up on them and make sure they are doing what you are paying them to do.

For the high PR Pages you should probably do these yourself. No sense in taking a chance on having them done improperly because they are worth more to you and your site. This makes them worth the time to do.

Backlinking in general is a numbers game. Automate as much as possible, outsource what you can and only do yourself what is worthwhile and gives you a good ROI on your time.

You want to spend your time on the activities that give you the best ROI (make the most money) Always keeps this thought at the top as you are doing any linkbuilding or business related activity.

It is necessary pain unless you want to hire someone to do it for you.

Human links are best...simple!

Automated links should be avoided on your inner layers (links going direct to your money site) as a few bad links can get your site de-indexed. Of course human link submissions are harder and more time consuming, which is exactly why you should be outsourcing your link building as soon as you are able.

It is important to remember that not all links are equal. Manual link submissions to an established high PR ranking network (blogging underground etc) will be worth way, way more than any links you can buy on fiverr etc.
