Link building strategy for new domains

I want to make a site that will earn through Adsense. I chose the keyword. With the help of Traffic Travis can be away; that in the first place is page that has a PR 3 and has 99 backlinks. At other positions are sites that Immersed more than 1000 backlinks, but these sites are not optimized for that keyword. And those that are optimized are less than 100 backlinks and have PR <= 3.

I have 300 articles. I want to put in services such as BuildMyRank, ArticleRank, Article Marketing Robot.

What are the chances that my site will take the first place?
Is it difficult to move the site to the first position in Google for this keyword?

    Chances are looking pretty good. I'd say submit those articles then after a while see where you end up ranking. If you are still not in the top 3, then I would recommend going to fiverr and outsourcing some cheap backlinks. That will probably put you over the top.

    Try your best to get an exact domain match or close. So if it is "German Shepard Training" then make a site as close as possible, even add a character at the end, like germanshepardtrainingx.com.

    It gives serious link juice but you can pull it off.
