If i have a 600 word article and i want to attack 3 keywords. How would you guys recommend me weighting them?

Would 3 appearances each be ok?

    I would go for...

Main keyword in the title once.
Main keyword in the meta description.
Main keyword 2-3 times in the article.
Related keywords 2-3 times in the article.

What's really important is that the article reads well and contains semantically related keywords, so the search engines understand what the article's about.

Don't be overly concerned with density, just get that article out there!

I shoot for about a 1.6-2.6% density, but that might be coming off as kinda stuffed after 2%. Some people advocate up to 7% density but that has probably changed as google has moved from pure KW algorithms to LSI algorithms.

2 - 3% density for each keyword should do the trick.

Use each one in an H2 tag.

I'm assuming you won't be able to use them all in your H1 tag, so use your most profitable keyword there.

Is it best to have like 3 smaller articles inside the 1 article to cover each keyword. Or just sprinkle them all over?

If you have 600 word count article you can target 2 - 3 keywords in the story. one keyword link to your home page and the other links is for your blogs.

    Yup!
Main targeted keywords should be in Title
Main targeted keywords should be in first & second paragraph first or second sentence.
Targeted keywords should be in your article resource box.

Every article/content should contain 3-4% keywords density. Based on the number of words in your article, give 3-4% keywords density.

As long as the keywords do not contain the same words within them I would shoot for about 1.5% keyword density for each within the same article...attacking multiple keywords in the same article takes more time, but the results are amazing!

  • use 2%-3% density of keywords in your contents. you can make about 4-6 appearances of each if your 600 words contents. hope it will be good for your article.

    thanks

I think KW density is over rated. Put together a well written article for humans, and if its actually good... people will naturally link to it and you'll be #1 before u realize it. Just my $0.02.
