and something you did triggered it. Very, very doubtful.

  Yes make backlink manually is the best way to make a good traffic plus good google page rank. But it take some time. I got Google page rank of 2 after 8 months for my co.cc domain. But Google deindexed all the co.cc domains. so I have to rebuilt from the beginning. But this time also I will use manual backlinking.

I had tried many, but as all says & the good way is to build the backlings manually. Best option for creating backlings & chances for not getting spamed/ blocked.
