What's so good about a .net or .org when compared to a .info?

I think there is basically no difference between TLD extensions from an SEO point of view. There is a difference for Users though. If you have "www.brandname.com/info etc...

If a user is typing your brand/address straight into the address bar which TLD are they going to go for first? I would guess .com over .info or .org.

info site are much cheaper to buy and use than the others. So they are the primary target of spammers and autobloggers. Google knows that too. What do you think big G does with these sites?

If getting unlimited targeted leads (like: you don't know what to do with them all) sounds good, find out more about the leads angle of RepWarn.PW:
    repwarn.pw/repwarn

That might be true but there is no reason or evidence I have seen that Google runs a guilty untill proven innocent policy on .info being a spammer site. I would imagine it crawls and judges it on the same criteria as the rest and if it finds it is a spam site then penalty ensues.
