    There's no such thing as a proven way. It depends entirely on the website. To take a silly example, if the website had just 1 blank page, you wouldn't really be able to get 1,000s of unique visitors each day..

    That said, if you have good content, keep building up the site, and build backlinks, you should start getting more and more traffic.

    Find High Searching Keywords

    Do On Page Optimization By Using Those Keywords (Correct Meta Tags, Keywords in Title, Keywords in Content, Keywords in the Image Alt ..)

    and Off-Page Search Engine Optimization (Mainly Link Building such as Social Bookmarking, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting, Article Marketing etc)

    Can't guarantee 1000 visitors per day but the above system works to get top ranking in the search engines and you can get many visitors to your website......

      People say not to build too many backlinks quickly because google will flag a rapid blast of incoming links as unnatural and, consequently, penalize you in the serps for it.

      With newer sites, you have to gradually build up backlinks. A couple a day. The higher the quality, the better. After you've been around a while, you can become more aggressive and eventually disregard the count of backlinks you build.

    -Do a proper keyword search for your blog
    -Do Proper on-page SEO (images,meta-tags,h1 tags e.t.c.)
    -Post Valuable and seo optimized content on your blog

    Build consistently many backlinks pointing to your site
    -Article Marketing for backlinks
    -make videos
    -Use social media sites (Facebook,Twitter,Squidoo e.t.c.)

    But the point is to be consistent about posting a valuable content and getting backlinks.....it needs a lot of work every day
