Hi there

I was wondering if there were any people here who have taken Richard White's adsense training course and would care to comment if it is worth the $197 price tag.

For that price, I would imaging the training would have to incorporate something pretty substantial, or at least go beyond a generic view of how adsense sites work.

hmmm, never even heard of it. I can tell you though that there are very few "adsense guides/courses" that are actually worth the money spent on them. And at a nearly $200 price tag, I would seriously have to question the course itself.

If you are looking to get started in Adsense sites, there is a fair amount of information here, just search through this section of the forum and there are some other good sites to learn from like nichepursuits.com, owned by a member here in the forum.

I would learn the basics and then use that $200 to buy some domains/content/etc. and go from there, it would be money better spent.

Thinking it would "incorporate something pretty substantial" well that's the goal of a higher price tag and honestly, you can find all that information even on $10-20 products (or for free). Adsense formula has not changed in years, the only difference is wether you go for small sites (and make quite a few) or go with larger sites (and make 1-4 tops).

I've taken my share of adsense courses and I have to say the most different aspect of all that I've taken is NOT the information they provide but the method by which they provide it. (ebook, video, coaching, video and coaching)

If you are one of those that can learn on your own and have enough confidence in yourself to experiment and take action, you dont need the courses. there is so much info in this forum but just in different sections. You kinda have to know what you need and fish them out.

If you do some reading in all of these sections and then combine them you essentially have completed a course. In fact, you will end up with more knowledge then what some of the $17 WSO's give you.

Here it is in a nutshell,
    1. Pick a model: authority or mini site
    2. Do really good Kw research, comp analysis. (low comp and high CPC)
    3. Build site with good unique content
    4. Do On page SEO
    5. Do off-page SEO (backlink backlink backlink till you hit page 1)
    5. Add more content periodically then more backlinks
    6. wait for this checks to come in.

In hind site I probably shouldn't have paid for some of the more expensive trainings I had.

    Hope that helps.
