If I comment on a blog with my link and that backlink has been indexed by google, now if later I change that link for another site of mine. Will it be considered a backlink for both?

If the link comes from a blog comment, then I find it difficult for you to change that link, I don't think this would be possible. However, if you would be able to change it, then the backlink would only give the link juice to the last website you changed it for.

So for eg. if you posted a blog comment with the link of your website1, and then somehow changed the link some days after for your website2, then it would be considered a backlink only for website2.

It won't be considered a backlink for both, as soon as you remove the link from website1, and replace it with website2, the backlink will be counted for website2.
