Link Pyramid.. Any Suggestions?

I am planning some back linking and I wanted any tips or suggestions on my plan.

I made a mindmap of the structure I'm planning.. obviously I will be randomizing the links and not making it all uniform and using random Social bookmarking sites / Forum Profiles / RSS Feeds.

Then after I have this setup I will add a Tier 1 link every few days and then build a similar pyramid underneath it.

Any suggestions on interlinking ect.. would be great.

      I am very cautious to send low quality links directly at my money site.. I went overboard with this and received a penalty.. I guess if I go really easy and slow it can't hurt.
