High Quality Blog Network: PR4+ Domains at Reasonable Prices?

We talk blog networks on here a lot, but rarely do we discuss the going prices of high PR aged domains with a solid backlink structure.

I think fair prices for domains is:

PR3 = $50 - $85
PR4 = $125 - $200
PR5 = $250 - $325
PR6 = $375 - $450
PR7 = $800+
PR8 = $1,300+

Assuming these websites have superb backlinks - I.E Dmoz listed, .gov backlinks, several PR6 backlinks in articles/posts + PR5 and lower backlinks in articles/posts -- Many times you will find even domains that have bunches of high quality [legit] backlinks (i.e., trippie-opera-in-motown-2006.com)

I shouldn't be giving my secrets away, but I am in a good mood

Remember, keeping low OBL (out bound links) is key.

      Yeah, I'm sure some will chime in. I found an honest domain flipper who knows his stuff and avoids fake PR. I was lucky enough to find him because now I don't have to pay membership fees, or spend time researching domains. He's a secret I won't reveal

      Yes I also agree with you. I argue with him because of low rates.
