What to do in on-page if a website has been given to you without doing any single seo process on it? How to handle a website by doing only on-page SEO?

Although there are black and white lists of things you can check off above, it is not necessary to do every little thing.

You need to focus your website to real users and not to the search engines, ironically the search engines are very smart in detecting this and will credit you for writing for visitors.

Please try to leave out some suggestions like putting all your keywords as bold on your pages or keyword stuffing in any form. This used to work a year or two ago, now it can actually hurt you.

These days you generally do not need to check a list of on page factors as every website is different and has it's own unique structure, you just need to create your website for visitors and ensure it provides interesting, shareable, and unique content and the search engines will notice this.
