Onpage ? Keyword as Anchor -> External

I've been going through some of my Onpage SEO and I just upgraded from SEO Pressor to the Easy WP SEO plugin.

It's a really neat plugin and starting to like it a lot more than SEO Pressor. Don't get me wrong SEO Pressor is awesome but this thing is pretty darn neat.

Anyways one red check that I am getting is
Content contains keyword in anchor text of at least one external link.

I have never heard of this before. If I point my keyword to another site, I thought that was bad?

And if not what kind of sites? It should still be a no follow right?

    Where in the world did you get the idea that it would be bad to link to other sites? :confused:

    You never would have found this forum if people didn't link to other sites.

    Google wouldn't exist if they didn't link to other sites.

    There wouldn't be a world wide web if no one linked to other sites.

    Link to sites that may be useful to your users, just don't link to bad sites.

      I understand that, but I am just talking about your main keyword linking to another site. That was my question
