YouTube video title wrong in Google SERP

I uploaded a video to YouTube and it is showing up as the filename in the Google SERP. Now, this isn't as bad as it sounds, because it is still ranking on the first page for my desired terms. The problem is that having the filename has the title just looks retarded and unprofessional. I went into YouTube and changed the title several times, resaving each time, but the video still displays in the Google SERP with the filename as the title.
Do I need to build a few backlinks to the video in order to have Google re-index the title?
