Dofollow blogs list ?

Do-Follow lists are very valuable of course, and most people who have large lists of more than a few hundred will generally keep them very close to their chests instead.

However, there are a few free sites that can help you in the meantime:

dofollowblogslist.com
followlist.com

Beyond this, I would suggest getting familiar with Scrapebox, footprints, keyword lists - in order to harvest your own bigger lists of rare Do-Follow lists. It's hard but definitely worth it!

Techniques of finding .gov and .edu blogs of your same niche or keyword
KEYWORD Site : .edu inurl : blog"post a comment"-"you must be logged in"

KEYWORDS "leave a comment" site : .edu
KEYWORDS "reply to post " site : .edu

For checking do -follow blogs use add-ons according to your browser .
For fire fox you can use no-dofollow add-on .

I just checked the last 3 blogs through firefox nodofollow add-on and it showed them as nofollow links. I even checked them using page source and results were same.

Just use Scrapebox, or find a list that isn't openly available to anyone and everyone. You'll save yourself a ton of time. Trying to find DF blogs manually is frustratingly difficult.

It seems like all the ones that let you have signature links are Internet / SEO related. My site is home decor related. So... Do I post links on them even thou no in my niche? You would think there would be at least some decorator / home improvement ones.

You can comment on unrelated blogs, no problem. Just make sure your comments are legitimate & actually add something to the post.
