Getting Problem in indexing.

Hi All,
I have a website (Site Link In Signatures, west gate digital dot c-o-m) and found that when i search for "west gate digital" in Google then i found that site with previous title, but when i checked Google Cache for same site then it's showing site with new Title.
Would you please tell me why it is happening. Hope you are getting my point.
