Links from one Webhosting account

Hi,
I have 99+ domains in my portfolio. Most of them I didn't touch for years, but had a good PR, between 2 and 4, and a static website on them.
I installed on all of these a Wordpress blog and wanted to build a blog network. I started to post an unique 300+ article on those websites about a relatively new website of mine. I put in each article another "anchor text".
I build 50 links over a period of 2 months, but all of these links came from the same Webhosting account.
I didn't get penalized or something, but the rankings didn't go up.
My question: If I move those websites to different webhosters and IP adresses, will Google recalculate the value of those links, or not?
PS. The keyword I tried to rank for is really really easy to rank for.
