Warriors,

As I have mentioned in the past, I am about to start a new blog and have been looking into SEO more myself rather than outsourcing it, and I will be writing the articles vs purchasing them.

I have one question that I would like to get some feedback on.

In a blog post, what has been your best exp with keyword density? I have read 4%-8%.

8% I'm afraid google might think im "Stuffing" so I was thinking 4-6% thoughts?

*I understand the best blog post is a high quality post. I intend to make each post for the user but work in keywords as well*

No more than 4% I believe.

Even 4% is way too high! In today's post panda and post penguin scenario, you also should try to include some longer variations of the keyword as well as some related LSI keywords rather than repeating the same keyword multiple times. There is a penalty for over optimization these days so you have to be careful.

Latent Semantic Keywords! It's basically another way of saying 'relevant' or 'related' keywords....

I think 4% is also considered on the keyword stuffing, so I suggest you to use maximum 3% on articles which is a best for quality contents.
