I am applying seo for my site for three month

and I am now #8 and my rank is up and down up and down

it makes me crazy

I donot know that is wrong

and finally I purchased bmd to help me

but there is no any thing I feel disappointing

and I am thinking to sell my site and go away :'(

    Create articles on the site and link them back to your homepage with the anchor text of "how to lose belly fat fast". Set up a wordpress blog on domain.com/blog

    It's a 1 page site, better have some good external links considering that's all you have to work with (no internal pages).

    If you want to give up after only a single page/keyword IM defiantly isn't for you.
  • Keep Creating Content. Try Different Sources of traffic. PPC etc...
