Do Google Show Results Of Keywords In Serp Ranking That Are only used in site content ?

Hey Warriors , I am back with my one more query that if i am working on particular website of web designing and i have keyword named (web designing services) that is available in my site content only, it is not available in meta tag descriptions , title , Keywords and header tags and also i am working on that keyword linking with concerned Url so Will google show the ranking in SERPS for the concerned keyword that is only used in website content not any where else. Please put light on the query.

I think it should be in your meta tag description also, that will be surely beneficial to you.
