Can someone help us fix/optimize our google place listing? (pictures included)

I have never been able to rank my google listing because its been a mess, we have duplicate listings, and I've been trying to fix this issue for a while.
I did consult with the google help forum, but right now I'm curious what can be done as far as optimizing our actual listing. Are we choosing bad categories?
Do our keywords look alright?
If you guys see ANY mistakes (aside from the dups) please let me know. We do have lots of citations, but changed our number 3 times, which is why I believe our listing never ranked. The 1 listing we knew of, and care about (which has reviews) its been in "pending review" status for 5-6 months. Is it because of the dups do you think?
