Hi, i've lot of fans in facebook. Daily i'm getting more than 50 fans. But in twitter, i'm not able to increase. Only getting 7 or 5 followers daily. Why? How can i increase followers? I'm active in twitter . I tried Mentioning other users , posting hot tweets. But still.

I started my "professional" Twitter campaign in mid September and am up to just over 500 followers. Legit followers and influential followers that is. I clean my follower list almost daily to get rid of the dregs and spam. I'm quite happy with the growth of my followers, it's about 8 - 11 ppl daily.

What I've noticed is that it grows kinda exponentially, the more followers you get, the more you'll get. However, you have to be engaging on Twitter. Retweet your followers stuff and engage in the conversation...it actually works.

How you post in Facebook is different in Twitter. Maybe you can try viewing the profile of the most followed person in Twitter. Observe how they tweet, collect all their best assets and improve it in your twitter account! Act out of the best things you've learned!

You should try posting different content on facebook and twitter. It is wise to grab some idea from the most followed profile on twitter and look out how he/she is tweeting.
