Google Author Image Disappeared

Lately my Google+ picture on my blogposts disappeared in the Google SERPs.

The Rich Snippset Tool still shows my image: Google Structured Data Testing Tool

But it's gone when you look at the actual SERPs: https://www.google.com/search?q=myrko+thum

I read here: Google Author Pic Not Showing Up? Solution | ArtDriver that the image disappeared just because the chin/head was chopped off slightly in the image. My image is not really centered and the head is chopped off at the top slightly too. But it worked for month now.

Any comments or advice to bring the image back?

    I've noticed it on some of my articles also. Not sure if it is a temporary glitch or if too many people complained about my ugly mug to the Big G.

    Do you have the reciprocal link to your Google+ profile on your website? Image disappears, when the link is removed. Secondly, sometimes, the image is not shown in your browser which you mostly use to browse the Internet. Check it in another browser or from another computer. If the image is still not present, then check for reciprocal link to your Google+ profile on your website/webpages
