Just a little advice... stop chasing rankings.

Most people are so busy trying to build up their Google PR rank or Alexa rank that they waste their time and lose focus on the things that really matter: earnings, visitors, and pageviews.

Only working on your ranks will consume all your valuable time. Focus on your site and attracting visitors through your content and the ranks will come naturally.

    Those visitors have to come from somewhere though.

    Call me a skeptic, but for $400+ days with AdSense, I think it would take much more than the "build it and they will come" mentality.

      Yeah I have definitely agree here. Content is king that is the truth but if you don't tell anyone about it then it just sits there kinda a like buying Ferrari without being able to afford the gas. Also I thinks focusing your time on pageviews is a very broad thing to say. What are you doing to acquire more pagviews right? I can't be just writing content..... Well initially anyways.
