I want to stop my ads during a few hours each day through the week as I see sales slow during these hours. How do you do this with facebook ads?

You can do this by looking at the ad you want to pause and you should see a green arrow with a little black arrow right next to it click on the little arrow and choose pause. That will allow you to pause and resume your ads.
