Use the classic google keyword tool. Select spanish as language and click the spanish country you want to market. Put in your main keyword in spanish and see the results. You will find some great keywords with high searches and low competition.

I agree, I would use the Google Keyword tool and use the advanced features. You can target by language and/or country. The tools out there use the same data. Google Keywords tool lets you export your keywords to a file if you need to.

If you want to get a little more advanced with competition analysis and multiple searches at the same time with a bunch of advanced filter options...... I have been using Longtail Pro for a couple years and really like it.

wow i've never heard of longtail pro. i am definitely starting to study spanish so i can get in the latino market as i think there's some money to be made there

You can use Google Keyword tool and just change your language and location. It's also important to change the match types of your keywords to Exact and Phrase match as well.
