They have to be an experienced link builder, who builds links for customers for a good price, who has a good set of reveiws/feedbacks (no newbies)

        Does he do 1 way links/ reciprical links? from Sites similar to your niche site? (eg, links from a health site to your health site) as well as directory submissions?

        or does he just do directory subimissions in his packge?

    I only had one experience with him, but he does seem to get a lot of recommendations, and his packages are super cheap. You might want to consider starting with the least expensive and just see how he does for you.
