Newbie Question on Ahrefs Anchor Profile

Sorry for the annoying question.
But I am having a hard time gathering data from ahrefs.
I want to be able to type in a domain and get the best view of its anchor profile to balance it out to prevent penguin updates.
For a long while I was using the anchor cloud as the best way to gauge.
But recently, when looking an the anchor cloud, I saw it really keyword-loaded. However, when I clicked the Anchors tab, it showed most of hte links were actually the url as anchor (Good).
Why is the anchor cloud not showing me the 91% of anchors that are the URL?
