Save your money and learn a bit before hiring anyone - there's too many scammers out there using automated crap that can actually hurt your rankings. It's not that hard to create link bait articles and learn how to distribute them effectively to places your target market hangs out.

Of course you would head over to the warrior for hire section and find someone. Or you can read and learn to do it all on you own. By learning SEO, if you do hire someone, you will know what they should be doing for you. Its always nice to know something about what your buying. Or you might just be getting screwed in the end.

Of course, you can find lots of experts in this forum as well.

You can also look for them in freelance website and go with those experts who have good rating.

Be prepared to pay a lot if you want whitehat only.

If you aren't scared of a bit of grey hat then I am the right choice for you.

Lately, well since yesterday we've started to split our network where the monthly service is only available to the so-called offline businesses or in other words real businesses and the other part is available for everyone.

In terms that means that we've started to refuse affiliate/Adsense type of clients from our main network to keep the quality at a higher level. We've also started to add PR4/PR5 domains that will be themed in such way that it only covers topics from certain broad niches so sites dedicated only to:

    - finance / insurance / legal advice

or sites that only host topics about

    - home improvement / local contractors / renovation / interior etc.

    and so on...

That way we kind of create authority sites in each broad niche that we will eventually rank for related keywords as well so that the sites receive actual traffic. Such links are simply stronger then a random collection of short posts on an ugly site (Thanks for the inspiration Matt L).

The benefit of refusing affiliate type of clients is that those tend to get penalized easily, cause they often do not only buy links from me but also put a hand on automatic software to spam worthless links. Once they get penalized they will often use the disavow tool and as they're often clueless they would automatically report a part of my network and that can never be a good thing (Thanks for inspiring Mike A.).

Obvious all this brings large investments with it so we slowly transit to this and move posts from one site to the other to get rid of linking out to thin (crappy) affiliate sites.

So I think we're definitely worth it to consider, especially when you look at the price tag.
