Youtube Ads - Either I can or I can't! Which is it?

I've been banned from Google Adsense for some time, but I noticed recently that Youtube are saying that for certain videos I can create an Ad.

Am I mistaken? I have often seen that the monetisation tab says I can't.

Would appreciate other Warriors experience with this.

      Well as I said my Adsense account is suspended or cancelled, but Youtube are saying I can create Ad campaigns. I thought they were the same which is why I asked.

        The Adsense account is how you get payed, so even If Youtube allowed you to run Adsense ads on your videos I kinda doubt you would get payed, you would most likely be putting all the money in Googles pocket. No point in running ads on Youtube If you don't get any of the money.

    maybe ... for certain video .. it's work.
    or to make sure .. you can call adsense/youtube call center
