Please critique my SEO campaign

I have been working on my local business website for about a month.
I am not in a hurry and want to build links naturally. The top
competition site has 19 backlinks, but apprently has link juice
from their corporate website.

Right now I am position #38-70 for top three desired keywords.
Below is my overall website campaign plan. I know I am missing
some link diversity, so please offer suggestions!

Tier #1

*submit original 500 word article, written by me, to each article directory and blogs below

> Squidoo
> tumblr
> hubpages
> wordpress.com
> Go Articles
> Ezine Articles
> Blogger
> Youtube video (video has "money site" url in description) **DONE**
> 100 directory submissions (for Google Places page) **DONE**
> 100 social bookmarks **DONE** (got through fiverr a few months ago)

Tier #2

*submit original 500 word article, written by fiverr, to each article directory and blog below

> blinkweb.com
> blog.com
> Livejournal.com
> articlesalley.com
> isnare.com
> helium.com
> articleblast.com

Tier #3

Small Fiverr gigs (100 link) pointed at Tier #2? Not sure, open to suggestions, don't want to get google slapped.

Blog (for "money site")

> Write two 500 word articles per week based on related keywords

Social

> Facebook page (buy 1,000 likes) post blog articles to page when posted to website **DONE**
> Twitter (buy 1,000 followers) post blog articles to page when posted to website **DONE**
> Pinterest (post happy customer photos) **DONE**
> Google + (add photos and youtube video)
> Google business Places page **DONE**

PLEASE let me know YOUR suggestions how I can improve my SEO campaign.

Lets start with some links on pages with actual pr .

    Look into private blog networks.

private blog network gigs to tier 1 are greart, as said above.
tier 2 is not necessary in my opinion. also in my experience google is penalizing for overoptimization and exact match anchors. do a lot of generic anchor texts like click here or good information here etc. from "high pr blog comment" gigs on fiverr. be consistent with your link building buy fiverr gigs to your tier 1 every few days, vary anchor text combinations a lot.
it a good idea to add fresh content to existing pages (so I dont mean new blog entries) consistently. build more links and social signals after new content is added.

Who told you exact match anchors are being penalized?

You've listed 99% of what I would avoid.

Get some real links that actually move pages in the SERPs.

Campaign looks nice but i dont like to outsource seo things to fiverr because sometimes sellers there dont know what they do and they post super spammy things.

In my opinion its better to invest in a tool like GSA with captcha breaker and you will get value for money very soon.

    Just my 2cents!

Seems to me you're wasting a lot of content on pages that hardly (if at all) help you rank.

This fake social stuff will not help and only lasts a short time.

The 100 bookmarks are uber spammy

Not sure about the 100 directory links as you might confuse it with local listings (citations) which are good, 100 spammy web directories, no good.

Just to say: Now you spend $100+ on content, you could've bought a PR3 or PR4 domain for that money and place a link to your site, would've been much more effective.

You are right, 100 bookmarks was a bad idea, not doing that again!
I was to the directory links for citations for the google places. Where can I buy a PR4 domain?

Keep in mind most directory links are not citations.

A citation is a so called NAP, Name / Address / Phonenumber, afaik most web directories only show url and perhaps phone number or city but not more then that.

You can buy domains at auctions, from GoDaddy for example.

    Christ that's horrible.

Here, let me rewrite you a real plan.

    1. Publish kick ass content on your own site.
    2. Syndicate to worthy channels
    3. Reach out to people working in the same space. Establish relationships and network (Oh that means getting out from behind your computer and actually MEETING people) Scary huh?

Yknow, the shortcut you're trying to take is actually LONGER than it would be to do it properly.

Of course none of this matters if you intend on selling crappy ebooks about kittens for $5.

This is a bit overkill for a random SEO campaign, tbh

        What makes you say random?

He said he's working on a LOCAL BUSINESS website. What's overkill about networking? I network all the time - it's a great way of establishing relationships and creating opportunities.

With that comes all the other stuff that helps you online.

Oh that's right, sorry, I forgot I should recommend all the other junk that gets posted here.

Try a backlink blast on fiverr.

        There, better?

I would probably not hire an SEO who needs to ask WF for a critique instead of his/her own customers. How is a potential customer supposed to trust you if you don't already have a good idea based on your own experience?

I think you need to do some fundamental business building (like finding a USP and building some credibility) before offering pre-fab campaigns.

Sorry, I guess I didn't read the OP too much since it was full of very, very bad links and my eyes got burned.

In case you are trying to boost your local business, avoid those links at any cost. This is the exact links that make people moan about Google and SEO.

Get out there and start grabbing real links.

Real links = placed by webmasters, not by you.

          How do you get them?

Yeah, one way is to network & meet.

Another way is to start building relationships through e-mailing. Offering free help advice/suggestions to different webmasters/companies/businesses in the same niche as you are.

Do some broken linkbuilding, write ridiculously comprehensive blog posts/articles etc, interview someone famous, get your links on the resource pages etc. There are plenty of ways to get real links.

Agreed. This whole premise is weak and outdated. Read Quicksprout. Quality content promoted properly to real humans is way better!

It would take a lot of time with only these few links to rank a site, not to mention the PR 0 which is not helping at all. As suggested by some Good SEOs above go for some high pr domains or buy expired domains and do the article writing thing on those sites, saves effort, time and effectively ranks your site

Wow, I wouldn't waste my time with 99% of what you listed. Invest in some top notch content, reach out to other websites/companies in your niche, and focus on getting a small amount of high quality, high value links coming to your main AND internal pages.

It will be a night and day difference.

It appears that you are looking to buy most of the stuff and not actually do the work. Not a good plan. If you are going to buy anything, pay for someone to actually do SEO

Your doing well and are certainly on the right track, however, I would recommend posting to a lot more article directories than that very short list. If you want to get that edge over the competition you need to post to as many directories as possible, get your articles everywhere. Think of it like this, your competition will be doing the exact same as you so you need to step it up and take it to the next level. There are hundreds of article directories and hundreds os site builder web 2.0 type sites, tap into them all. I agree with the guys above, stop buying followers etc.....thats all a waste of time and money.
