local Seo....2 businesses and only one addresess

Does anybody have two businesses and and use their home addresses?
Im starting second business but im worried. My first is an electrical company.
I dont want potential customers to see that the same address also offers lawn services.
I have read virtual offices and p.o. boxes are no good for local seo.
so far people have said different numbers, categories, domains, niches. Should prevent merging. Again this is for local seo. I dont want google penalizing me

    promoting some scam sham mlm pyramid scheme flim flam?

    I don't know the last time I checked the internet for a lawn service.
    See I get cards and fliers all the time from the ones that do service
    in my neighborhood...

    You don't need SEO for local maps.
